The upstairs room is approx. 12'x10', with a large closet. Can come furnished or not, depending on your needs. Rent for this space is $650/month, utilities except long distance phone included.
Adjacent to this room is a shared bathroom (blue in color) with the only tub in the house. There are two other full baths in the house, each with a shower. There is also a half bath on the first level, for a total of 3.5 baths.
If you would rather have your own bathroom, and don't care about your tubby time, there's a second full bath (green in color) on the top level, in what is being used as the office. Private use of this bathroom by the renter is perfectly acceptable, perhaps even preferred (just so we have our own spots).

A gourmet eat-in kitchen with gorgeous finishes, and a high-style, high-comfort living room are also pictured.
The townhome is a large end-unit, with ample, free parking right in front. The townhome backs to woods and a lovely little creek. The backyard has a lovely working fountain, outdoor dining table/chairs, and a chimnea for spring/summer marshmellow roasts and just enjoying the great outdoors.
